Purchasing Bronze Badges with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway
There are three ways to purchase Bronze Badges to the Month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
IN PERSON
In person at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Credential Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or during extended event hours.
BY PHONE
By telephone at 317-492-6500.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Credentials Office accepts checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Checks or money orders are only accepted up to 14 business days from the purchased event.
Payment must be made in full at the time of the order.
All credential sales are final – no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
LOST OR STOLEN CREDENTIALS
Remember that event credentials/products should be treated like cash. If your credentials/products are stolen, please call the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Credentials Office at 317-492-6500 for assistance.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Arrangements can be made through the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office to accommodate guests who require accessible seating and parking. Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available.
