2026 Month of May School Program

Bring Your School Group to IMS

Speeds increase all month as the drivers and teams of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES prepare to qualify and race in the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge and the Sonsio Grand Prix. Enjoy the sights and sounds of May at the Brickyard while seeing your favorite drivers push their cars to the limit at speeds over 230 mph. Deadline to register is Friday, May 1, 2026.

2026 Dates:

  • Friday, May 8 - Grand Prix Practice & Qualifying
  • Tuesday, May 12 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
  • Thursday, May 14 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
  • Friday, May 15 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
  • Monday, May 18 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
