Month of May School Program
Bring Your School Group to IMS
Speeds increase all month as the drivers and teams of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES prepare to qualify and race in the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge and the Sonsio Grand Prix. Enjoy the sights and sounds of May at the Brickyard while seeing your favorite drivers push their cars to the limit at speeds over 230 mph. Deadline to register is Thursday, May 1, 2025.
2025 Dates:
- Friday, May 9 - Grand Prix Practice & Qualifying
- Tuesday, May 13 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
- Thursday, May 15 - Indianapolis 500 Practice
- Monday, May 19 - Indianapolis 500 Practice

Planning a Month-of-May trip? We’d love to welcome your educational group to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum! Completing this form secures your spot for both the museum visit and exciting IMS Month-of-May activities. Please note that registration is required, and additional fees apply. To ensure the best experience, groups without a prior reservation may not be admitted.
