ADA Services

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office is located in the Main Administration Building at 4790 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222, just east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street. Arrangements can be made through the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office to accommodate guests who require accessible seating and parking. Accessible seats and spaces for mobility devices and companion seats are available.

ADA Services

The following services for guests with disabilities are available at IMS.

Access Shuttles

• Carts are utilized during major event days at IMS to assist guests with disabilities.
• Carts with ramps are available.
• Guests must be inside IMS gates to access carts. Carts must stay within IMS gates and cannot go to and from IMS exterior parking lots.

Closed Captioning 

Race fans, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is proud to offer closed-captioning services for our Public-Address announcements this May. On select event days, all you need to do is get out your smart phone, scan the QR code on our video boards, and you, too, can follow along live with a full transcript of our show.  This accommodation will be available on the following day:

• Sonsio Grand Prix Race Day: May 10 from 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Reminders

Service animals performing an active function are allowed on IMS grounds. Service animals can go wherever their handler is credentialed to go, except for the pits. Service animals are never allowed in the pits.

Parking

Staff are on hand to check state-issued disability hangtags/placards and/or state-issued disability license plates upon arrival. 

Free accessible parking is available in the West Museum Lot on Friday and the North 40 (Lot 7) on Friday and Saturday of the Sonsio Grand Prix. Please arrive early for the best opportunity to obtain such free accessible parking. 

Paid accessible parking is available for Sonsio Grand Prix in the following locations:
