PARTICIPATION IN THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Ticket holder, on behalf of yourself and all minors accompanying you, ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER; RELEASES Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC (“IMS”), INDYCAR, LLC, SP Plus Corporation d/b/a SP+ Gameday, all event participants, sponsors, and each of their affiliates (including parent, subsidiary, and other companies) (collectively, “Releasees”) from all claims or liability arising from or related to this shuttle service, including from claims or liability resulting from the negligence of any Releasee(s). Without limitation, the risk and danger assumed and claims and liability released include all risk, danger and claims associated with injury, death, illness, economic or other loss, and damaged, lost or stolen property. Ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the purchase of a ticket from any third-party sources. This ticket is non-refundable, including for delays, cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the shuttle service. Any person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance to the shuttle. Acceptance and/or use of this ticket constitutes agreement to these terms and also the IMS terms of sale which may be reviewed here.
