Premium Digital Ticket FAQs

All Premium tickets for Suites, Clubs or Hospitality spaces are initially only accessible under the "Distribute Digital Premium Digital Tickets" area of My Account. If you need tickets for yourself to enjoy the event, you should send them to yourself in the same way you would send to others, but send to a different email address than what is tied to your suite’s IMS.com account. This is the only reason you would ever need to send tickets to yourself.

This is done in the exact same way you send tickets to others as a premium admin. Under the "Distribute Digital Premium Digital Tickets" area of My Account, select the event and then click the Assign/Tickets Passes button.

On the Assign Premium Seating page, enter your own name and email address or phone number. Be sure to use an email address or phone number that is not tied to your suite’s IMS.com account. Select the quantity by product you would like to send to yourself and click submit. You will receive an email or text to accept your tickets just as your guests do.

After sending to your own phone or email, log out of IMS.com.

Click Accept on the email you receive and log back into your IMS.com account.

Under My Account, select "Manage Digital Tickets" and you should not see your premium personal digital tickets.

Once accepted, your personal premium tickets will now be accessible in the "Manage Digital Tickets" area on the My Account page.

Select the "View Tickets" button and present your ticket on your mobile device at the gate. Please have your ticket ready to scan when you approach your entry gate. For expedited scanning, please maximize your device's screen brightness.

Please contact your Client Services Representative and let them know which tickets you are missing.

Following the same steps as "How do I send myself premium tickets?" but make sure that you completely log out of your account on all browsers before accepting the tickets via the email and logging in with the second account username/password.

If you do not log out before accepting them, the tickets will probably be sent to yourself accidentally. At this point, it’s best to cancel the order from within the "Distribute Digital Premium Digital Tickets" area of My Account and try again.
