Ticket Listings
- The price floor is determined by IMS and is subject to change.
- Each listing can only contain seats that are in the same stand and price. For example, if listing seats in J Stand in the top row ($100) and bottom row ($85), this would be two different listings because the face value of each seat is different.
- Each listing must contain contiguous seats. For example, if a seller has five seats, they must select two seats that are next to each other, they are not allowed to select seats 1 and 5 in one listing even if they are the same product.
- You may list a single seat.
- Before your first listing on the IMS Marketplace can be activated, you must complete bank account information in your IMS.com account.
- Listings are not guaranteed to sell.
Parking & Camping Pass Listings
- The price floor is determined by IMS and is subject to change.
- Before your first listing on the IMS Marketplace can be activated, you must complete bank account information in your IMS.com account.
- Listings are not guaranteed to sell.
- Parking and Camping Passes may be listed for resale from November 4, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
Payouts
- Seller will only be eligible to receive payouts.
- Seller must complete Form W-9 when the total gross amount exceeds the federal threshold. Please view Form W-9 FAQs for more information.
- Seller must return all paper tickets to the IMS Ticket Office as soon as possible, but no later than July 14, 2027. The tickets returned must be identifiable as the original tickets.
- Payouts will be eligible to be processed 10 days after the event or three weeks after the Seller's original purchase date, whichever is later. Payouts will be processed weekly thereafter as payout terms are met.
- All applicable fees will be deducted from any payouts.
- Payouts to non-United States sellers cannot be processed via a wire transfer to a bank account. These payouts can be completed via a third-party international money transfer service (i.e. Wise, Xe, OFX, MoneyGram) or by receiving an IMS account credit. Seller shall be solely responsible for all fees related to money transfer.
Renewals
- The original IMS ticketholder retains the right to renew reserved seat tickets, parking and camping passes sold on the IMS Marketplace and will earn IMS seniority. Fans gain IMS seniority by purchasing tickets from IMS annually using the same IMS account.
- IMS Marketplace buyers cannot renew tickets, parking and camping passes purchased on the Marketplace.
Listing on Multiple Platforms
- If you sell your tickets, parking and camping passes on another platform, you must immediately delete your listing from the IMS Marketplace.
- Your account is subject to IMS Ticket Office review and financial penalties if you sell your tickets, parking and camping passes on another platform in addition to the IMS Marketplace.
- IMS Marketplace buyers are guaranteed to receive their tickets, parking and camping passes.
-
Failure to delete a listing sold on another platform will result in IMS taking the following actions:
- Reissue the tickets, parking and camping passes listed for the buyer, which will invalidate the listed tickets, parking and camping passes.
- IMS will charge your credit card to cover the cost of replacement tickets, parking and camping passes that will be provided to the buyer.
Use of Tickets Post Sale
- If you sell your tickets on the IMS Marketplace or on another platform, you may not use the tickets to enter the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. If you sell your tickets and then enter the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this will result in IMS taking the following actions:
- Reissue the tickets listed for the buyer, which will invalidate the listed tickets.
- IMS will charge your credit card to cover the cost of replacement tickets that will be provided to the buyer.
